LABEL PRODUCTION

Working With The Customer developing specialist labels for a
variety of applications where accuracy, environment, and consistent
excellent performance are essentials.

From metal tags, anti static materials, temperature sensing labels
to blank label materials, inotec's goal is to work with the customer
to develop a solution which will work, on budget, on performance and
on time.

Typical Specialised Applications
-
High Temperature; Labelling of ceramics. Labels to be
applied for firing onto ceramic ware, resisting temperatures of up
to 1400°C and chemical attack. Also used on baking trays and
steel processing instruments.

Low Temperature; Labels to be applied at temperatures down
to -30°C and labels to resist freezing to -100°C.

Chemical Resistance; Labels in metal, ceramic and acrylics
to resist most acids, solvents and chemicals. Choice of adhesives
from pressure sensitive to epoxy and heat activated.

Abrasion; Where wear, tear and heavy usage is a problem
special labels with laminates coatings or even 'self healing'
properties are available.

Paint & Peel Labels. Labels
which can be read after painting by simply removing a top layer to
reveal the label image. Also available with multi layer protection
for multi coating processes.

Punched Metal Labels. With slots instead of the traditional
bars, these labels can be read with a traditional laser scanner but
can be used in applications where the traditional labels won't work,
ie painting stations and coating operations. The labels can be
produced in a variety of materials and can also be coated with a
PTFE spray to resist paint or chemicals sticking to the surface.

Woven Barcode Labels. Ideal for garment rental applications,
highly durable polyester labels are available for sewing into a
garment. (On-site woven label material also available with closely
matched ribbon for thermal transfer printin
